New Horizon Psychological Services (NHPS) was founded by Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Keisha Ross who specializes in consultation on racial trauma providing professionals and community organizations with customized training in the area cultural competency. She also provides customized speaking engagements, workshops, keynote addresses, and consultations that are focused on racial trauma training. Her range of services cover historical/intergenerational trauma, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), minority health, diversity training for mental health professionals, law enforcement, attorneys, judges, public officials, and government agencies.
